WE AIM TO DELIVER YOUR ORDER WITHIN 1HR 30 MINUTES AT LONGEST, IF FOR ANY REASON WE CANNOT DELIVER YOUR ORDER WE WILL CANCEL IT AND GIVE A FULL REFUND. 

when you place your order and it is ready for collection we will notify you, after that it is your responsibility to collect as we can not reheat food or keep it warm due to the nature of the food. Please leave a note or specify if you would like your order at a later time other wise its cooked at the time when ordered. once food has been cooked we will not offer any form of refunds or exchanges as we do NOT support wastage of food
